Manager/Supervisor
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team and help elevate our brand presence across all social platforms. If you're driven by analytics, trends, and a strong understanding of digital engagement, we want you to be part of our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Create, curate, and manage compelling content, including graphics, text, videos, and other media for social platforms.
- Oversee daily social media activity, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging platforms to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, design, PR) to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and content across channels.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to amplify brand presence and engagement.
- Manage and optimize social media budgets for ad spend and campaign performance.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and ability to create compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and tasks.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and knowledge of targeting and budgeting.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
