You will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and management of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and spreadsheets.
- Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Help track project milestones and deliverables.
- Support team members in defining and executing project tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
